After the 1996 Port Arthur massacre, in which 35 people were killed, Australia enacted strict gun laws to prevent similar tragedies. However, Sunday’s Bondi Beach shooting exposed weaknesses in those reforms and has prompted renewed calls for tighter controls. CNN's Angus Watson reports from a vigil for the victims.
