Stan Wawrinka has been a given a wild card into the Australian Open as he heads into his final season on the ATP Tour at the age of 40. In Melbourne, he will be returning to the site of the first of his three career Grand Slam titles. He defeated Novak Djokovic in the Australian Open quarterfinals in 2014 and went on to win that event, then won the French Open in 2015 and U.S. Open in 2016. Ranked as high as No. 3 in 2014, the Swiss player has 16 career titles. He’s been looking back on his career and ahead to the tournament with CNN World Sport’s Don Riddell.
